One of the things we love about G Suite is how easy it is to collaborate efficiently and effectively. An important part of that is deciding how and when to follow up with others. To help inform these decisions, Google has recently released "Activity dashboard" in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. It’s a feature that lets users with edit access see who has viewed the file and when they viewed it.
To access the dashboard from any shared Doc, Slides presentation, or Sheet, simply click on the Tools menu and select "Activity Dashboard." This view will show you all of the users who have edit access on the file, and when they last viewed it.
