4 New Tips!

Tip #1 - Need to edit the text of a pdf document? Simply upload the PDF to your Drive, then right-click on it and select "Open In" and "Google Docs." You will get a new Doc with the text of the PDF transcribed into a fully editable format!

Tip #2 - Collect photos, documents, or other files through a Google Form! You can now add a "file upload" button to your google form, allowing students to submit files along with a form submission. The files will be automatically stored in a folder in your Drive.

Tip #3 - Help people visualize data in your Google Slides presentation by adding charts from Google Sheets. Because the chart is linked to your Sheets data, any changes you make to the data in the spreadsheet will be automatically reflected in the chart in Slides (works in Docs too!)

Tip #4 - Tired of Outlook? You can now use Gmail to review, send, and receive your work emails. Want an even better experience? Check out "Inbox by Google," a new web or app based email tool that is focused on simplicity and automation. Inbox.Google.com
